This combination of High Intensity Training (HIT) and powerlifting site is not for wimps; but then again, maybe it is, since it offers tips on how to start. Refreshingly the trainers here aren't focused on selling bogus products or making unrealistic claims. The training is serious, but the tone is light. Spirited and irreverent writing includes a "Follies" section that mocks muscle mags and Hans-and-Franz types who just want to "pump you up."
