About Cyberpump!

January 2000

Just a line to say that the latest Steel Spiel with Mark and Mike was the greatest ever, and, overall, one of your best articles to date. It's a must-read for anyone interested in making gains the right way a pound and a rep at a time.

Kudos....Pete Kocmalski

I am 22 years of age. My goal is to take my body to its fullest potential. The information provided on your website is most enlightening. I plan to be a future bodybuilding competitive success. I live in DeLand Fla where much of the high intensity theory was tested and developed. I am currently on a routine that Casey Viator recommended to me a few months back. When I began I was around 172 lbs lean-now I'm at 199lbs lean. I seem to be growing a little bigger after each workout-and Casey states that i have good potential based on his observance. My sincere thanks to Arthur Jones for all of his research and I wish I could have lived in Lake Helen around the time Casey won the America in 71, so I could have trained with them. When I start to win contests and get some publicity in the magazines you will definitely hear credit being given to your web site as well as to Arthur Jones. I live in Florida and would one day like to meet him. The routine? Barbell Squat, Stifflegged DL, military press, chin, dip, barbell curl, calve raise. Two sets each to complete and I mean complete failure. Again thanks for the Nautilus Bulletins. God bless and good luck!

Dear Cyberpump! Team!

I am a 26 years old lifter from Germany who has been interested in weight training for the last ten years. A lot of these years I tried to be a "hardcore bodybuilder" with everyday-training, drug abuse and the dream of contests. Bodybuilding took up a lot of my mental ressources and other aspects of life suffered considerable. With Dorian Yates becoming Mr. Olympia and the rebirth of Heavy Duty I have become interested in HIT. I have been an enthusiastic reader of your terrific web site for the last two years. It is by far the best place for HIT-information. Your effort has helpt me to get a new, healthy relation to weight training. This not only have had positiv effects on my "clean" progress but also on many other aspects of my life.

So I think it is time to say THANK YOU!

A happy new year to all of you!

Markus

Really great Kris Kringle spiel. I loved it. Thanks for a great site.

KIS is simply great. Gunnar does a magnificent job. I hope he remains on Cyberpump! for a long time.

To Cyberpump,

Thanks for running a great web site. I've made excellent progress using HIT.

You've also been extremely helpfull in answering my questions.
Keep up the good work!

Merry Christmas and a happy new year,
Dan

I sat back in my chair just now, visiting Cyberpump as I do most days, and thought about the amount of knowledge and inspiration I've gained from this one site. Compared to the knowledge and inspiration I've gained from muscle mags and countless other "pic-driven" sites, even if I paid a similar "fee" for the words of Cyberpump authors, a cost equal to the amount of money spent on mags I would still choose Cyberpump! I can't believe the amount of progress I've made this year, and I haven't been training at maximum effort.

Thankyou all for being so honest, intelligent, wise, and enthusiastic. Merry Xmas and all the best for the New Year!

Greg Henderson.
