Dear Cyberpump,
Hi guys you are doing an outstanding job! I wanted to congratulate you on your being mentioned in the "The Complete Idiot's Guide To Online Health And Fitness" ya bunch of Braggarts look at all those Awards he he.
Sincerely,

Great followup on Brian Minogue's original T-Squat article. The photos were especially helpful. I will look forward to Brian's further development of this device for performing correct, elbows out bent-over rows with a neutral grip. Thanks to you all for a GREAT website!

Hi! This is my favorite site. I read from it daily. Do you know where I can find used Nautilus machines? The one I'm really looking for is the Multi-exercise machine. Thanks for you time & help. Oh! And I'll have that picture of the SuperCat for you soon.

[Editor's Note: Check out the Strength & Health Auction for a whole slew of used Nautilus machines just posted]
I like your site it's very informative and well organized. There's a lot of useful information out there. I was wondering if you would consider putting up another page with articles on how to build your own equipment such as "The T-Squat" by Brian Minogue. I've been trying to find info on how to build my own bench and power cage and other useful pieces of weightlifting equipment but I can't seem to find too much out there. I know other people have done this sort of things so the information has to be out there somewhere. Thanks.
Gentlemen,
Great site. I like your approach to training. It is the same way that my father taught me many years ago.
Thanks,
Anderson
Cyberpump is truly the best of what the internet can be!!!
Well, there's nothing like a good kick to the head to either wake you up or putting you down for the count. Here I am one day, doing a search on bodybuilding at Yahoo and finding the Cyberpump web site. And what did this bring me? The knowledge that man... I sure wasted a lot of years. You know the drill: Volume training with a decent amount of intensity but almost zero gain in strength and size for a long period of time. Sure is interesting when you see the light.
Anyway, this is to let you know that your articles in Where Lifters Roam are really a joy to read, very funny at times (Your best line, "A head so mean that hair refuse to grow on it" really made me LOL) and also quite informative. I have no idea how much resistance from the Weider Convent you guys face in regard to HIT training, but your approach is definitely common sense at its best. Just wish I found out about Cyberpump sooner.

I can't express enough how much I have learned from your site. When I discovered you last summer I was using a volume approach, was burned out on lifting, and was not progressing at all in my poundage's. I now have cut back on my workouts and volume and am experiencing new personal bests every week.
Keep up the good work!!

I found your website after having changed gyms. The YMCA I was working out in decided it was better to let 10 year olds in the weight room to hang on machines than to let the paying adults workout
without interruption. I changed memberships and joined a "chain Health Club". To my surprise, the equipment was much more diverse and in better shape. They also have a minimum age of 16 for members.
While in the weight room, I noticed this equipment called Hammer Strength. I lay on the flat bench press and did a couple of reps. Man, I loved it. I then finished my chest workout with the incline bench and decline bench. Loved it, loved it, loved it.
Anyway, I went to your website to find more info. Imagine my surprise when I found articles that had verified what I have been saying and training with for over 20 years!
a. Log your reps and weights, always!
b. Take time off between workouts
c. Train so you can feel the weight through the range of motion. Pause at the top and bottom of the
rep.
d. 2 counts up, 4 down (learned this as a Nautilus Instructor)
I am really enjoying your website and the articles. Its good to know there are others who think like I do. I just can't believe the number of idiots I see slinging the weight up and down or even benching with the right side of their body 6 inches lower than their left. Or, doing pulldowns using only the lower back while screaming Kiamichi cuss words.
Anyway, I look forward to seeing more articles. I am currently on a Monday/Thursday routine, fullbody. I have seen my bench go from 6x225 to 6x285 in less than 2 months, increasing sometimes as little as 5 pounds between workouts. Going to the new gym has really surprised me as I am trying to find a good starting weight on new machines and I thought I was accurate, but I have not even came close to hitting my maximum reps point, even after 3 workouts. I have also lost 35 pounds on the current routine and not having problems keeping it off.
I am still 245, but everyone says I am looking better than they have ever seen me. Not bad for 43.
Thanks Again,
D. Franks PPS
Thanx Ed!!
Cyberpump is great!! I've just started the gym thing, and getting deeper into building my body correctly.
You site covers everything from diet to workout programs.
Thanx again....
I am not a body builder, but have managed to find real advice that isn't full of crap in here. I even submitted a question a few weeks ago and it was answered promptly. I think you guys have a lot of good advice for all types of people who are trying to stay healthy. I know you are primarily a bodybuilding site, but I'm recommending you to my friends who just want to get in better shape. I used to do excessive amounts of aerobics and no weight training to lose weight and quickly saw no results. I am now lifting more and slowed way down on the cardio and so far so good! Thanks for all the free advice and info.

I just got done playing international rugby for the USA. With whom I earned 15 international caps. W/O Hit and Cyberpump I do not think I would have been able to do it and travel the world for the last two years for free.
Thanks,
George
I've been looking at your site all night. I like it a lot! Your site, I think is better suited to the average weight trainer, such as myself, than most of the crap I've seen on the web. I'll be looking in often! Really like Sean Toohey's stuff...

I support this site 100%. I have tried various routines and training methods, and I have seen major results. Having a strong body, has also increased my love life as well. Thanks a million, and keep those routines, tips, and articles coming.
I asked a question on the power lifting Q&A about 2 1/2 years ago concerning a serious injury I received during training several years ago. Prior to writing cyberpump I had literally been to two different Orthopedic Doctors, 4 or 5 strength coaches and countless other p'lifters and body builders trying to find out the source of my problem. The information I got from your editor literally changed my life. I would very much like to thank him for the excellent advice. His name is Mark "Gumby" Mcleod.
Sincerely,

For the last two years I have had little time to hit the gym and work out. After I graduated college, where I worked out 4-5 times a week, I didn't have the time to devote to going to the gym. Since then it has always been something in the back of my head that I wanted to do, yet put off because of other time constraints, girlfriend, friends, family, travel and work. After taking the time to go over your site and grasp the HIT philosophy, I've joined a gym in town and have started to work out again. While it has only been two weeks since I started I'm already starting to get the tone in my muscles back and I've only been 4 times! I've already hit a weight increase in my squats, bench and curls. I just wanted to thank you for your site and I truely apperciate the fact that, you guys aren't trying to push some useless item on. In this day and age that is something that is truely apperciated.
Thanks
