HIT Digest Rules

1. No personal attacks allowed.

2. Unless something is commonly agreed to be true, no statements that something is a fact unless there is some back-up -- opinions are always fine. This includes any references to government conspiracies, evil cabals poisoning food supplies, etc.

3. No endless debates, agree to disagree and move on.

4. Remember that you are going to be sending your message to literally thousands of people throughout the world, so If you wouldn't say it in front of a large, diverse crowd don't say it here.

5. Failing to change the subject line when you make a post to the Digest (i.e. the subject line on your message reads "HIT Digest #xxx") or sending the whole previous digest with your message or sending a message that is formatted with lines longer than about 80 characters (even less is better) will make you look bad and infuriate the moderator, so please don't do it.

6. This is not the place to get medical advice or treatment, please see a qualified health care practitioner for personal health issues.

7. Try to have a good time and learn something.

All posts that are deemed unacceptable by the moderator will be returned to sender.
